Susan Farrior, Secretary/Treasurer

  • Joined construction industry in 1988; began working in the accounting office, supervising payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable in 1992.

E. Mark Flanagan, Professional Engineer

  • Lead structural design professional since 1995
  • BS degree in Civil Engineering, North Carolina State University

  • Former roofing and welding mechanic, electrician, and in his present position of estimator and purchasing with Jack A. Farrior, Inc.
  • 30 years in the textile industry as a draftsman and a plant/division manager.

E. Mark Flanagan, Professional Engineer

  • Lead structural design professional since 1995
  • BS degree in Civil Engineering, North Carolina State University

Billy Lovic, Sales

  • Specialty in marketing millwright work, metal fabrication and industrial construction
  • Attended East Carolina University, concentration in Construction Management
Ben DeLisi, Purchasing Agent/Estimator
  • Employed by Jack A. Farrior, Inc. 10 years – 8 years as Certified Welder/Fabricator and Foreman/Lead Man in Metal Fabrication Shop and 2 years in Purchasing and Estimating.
  • Worked in construction industry since 1984.
  • Experience in metal building installation and residential construction.
George Allen, Project Manager/Estimator
  • 30+ years experience – civil, structural, millwright in power plants, paper mills, wood products, pharmaceuticals, and other industrial areas.

Mike Dunbar, Safety Director and Project Manager

  • Attended East Carolina University.
  • 20 years experience in construction as foreman, project manager, safety director.
  • 16 years in Construction Safety.
  • Training in OSHA 500 Trainer Course, MSHA Sub-part 46 Training for Instructors, CPR, Emergency Medicine, Emergency Vehicle Operation, Trenching, and Excavation.
  • Administers overall Safety Programs, including Substance Abuse Training.
  • Monitors safety compliance on all jobs.
